About

Vaccine adverse events and reactions have come to the forefront of medical attention. VAERS is an important aspect of vaccine safety that is surrounded in misconceptions. This course will provide clarity as to the purpose of VAERS, what adverse events should be reported, applicable federal laws, and how to make a complete and accurate report. Utilizing the information in this course will prepare the participant to be knowledgeable when engaging peers or patients in conversation about adverse events, support vaccine safety, promote risk-benefit analysis, reduce taboos of adverse events, improve patient care, drive early intervention, and timely treatment of vaccine reactions.
